Beautiful food with excellent service

I went there for lunch with business colleagues, place itself is good with friendly bilingual stuff. However due to this place's "Rock-'n'-roll" theme; it's not best place for business discussion & talking. All my colleagues enjoyed their meal, however I was the only one who ordered grilled chicken with curry sauce, which was below average, chicken was over cooked, hard & dry. Maybe you should stick with Hard Rock's speciality like classic burger or salads items.

Always a fan of Hard Rock Cafe. The food is familiar and tasty, staff is friendly and atmosphere is always fun.This one wasn't our favorite though, the music was extremely loud en there was a speaker above every table so hard to have a conversation. On top of that this is by far the most expensive of all the HRC's we visited. Still worth it if you're craving good ribs and burgers.

HRC cannot disappoint! But the bartender was a little dull, I'd rather see someone who enjoys the music in this place!

Is a brand name which everybody love it but same foods , water, sun,, nice breezing, relax, a bit exercise and good sleep is 7 recommend doctor for you

No parking. Very hard to get to. Door staff were kind of clueless but our server was good. The food was not as good as it was before. Cheaper ingredients can clearly be seen.

Shout out to the fantastic waiter who's in depth knowledge of Manchester indie music had me and my girlfriend laughing away after just popping in for a drink of wine. Interesting music though for the staffs sake I hope they change it each night as they all knew the words!!! Merch as always a bit on the pricey side.

Great atmosphere! Delicious food. Awesome staff! A little bit overpriced.ATTENTION: The Hard Rock Cafe is upstairs and not downstairs. It is a little bit confusing and I think that many people do the mistake and go to the wrong restaurant.

Pretty pricey compared to the States. I will say, I was happy that the food portions are American size instead of Japan size. Staff was really friendly I think our server was momoko her English was great and she had a nice personality and would always assist us when we called. Would definitely go back if I was a bigger fan of hard Rock Cafe.

Is nice to find the usual hard rock atmosphere in every city of the world.

Normally in the states we try to go to Hard Rock last. But we were craving some American food so we stopped in at the Roppongi location and I am so glad we did! The food was delicious, the service was fast and very good, and it had the typical Hard Rock atmosphere. The manager stopped by our table and asked what we were doing in Tokyo. We told him it was our Honeymoon and he surprised us with a dessert! The staff were all around super nice and made it an experience to remember. Food: 10/10Drinks: 10/10Service: 15/10

We had a fantastic time. I like the feel and look of the place. The food was pretty good. My only negative was the espresso martini was more ice coffee than martini.

Mela and drink was ok. But the tables were too close that I couldn't even breath normally. Felt lil bit uncomfy. But I like this place.

Great little place, it is behind the Rock Shop not hard to find with google maps at all. We only had drinks and hot chips. Some of the drinks menu will give u the option for souvenir glass to take home which was great - this one would be Hard Rock Tokyo written on it. Recommend it if you wana just drop by for a drink 😊

Very nice place, looks like you are in NA, but you can try Japanese Beer.

If you are looking for a place with loud music and awesome friendly staff this place is for you. Loved all the memorabilia. The sharing plates we well sized and delicious. Our waitress was extremely engaging. We wore our Pretoria hard Rock shirts to show our support.

Very nice staff. Only had a beer. They had a few nice craft brews to choose from. Menu looked like American menu, didn't see any Japanese customization.

I really like going to Hard Rock Cafe when I can, the dining experience is the same. Ilike the Burgers and the Long Island Iced Teas. I like getting the hard Rock pins and Refrigerator magnets.

Just visited the retail shop, didn't get a chance to dine there. The shop have limited selection on apparel. If you are in the area, and wanted a Hard Rock Tokyo basic Tee; you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for something more unique, look somewhere else.

Amazing atmosphere of party! Food is great, good selection of booze and cocktails. Sweet tooths are also gonna like it. Great place for dates!

Quite hidden in the back alley but the staffs were attentive and welcoming.

The food and atmosphere was great. The food was pretty good and the drinks were well made. The servers are friendly and everything was served hot. Only thing was the pulled pork sandwich was kinda dry and needed extra bbq sauce.

Hard Rock Tokyo! Nice place to visit if you fancy a (expensive) American style cuisine. I would recommend the baby back ribs. Worth a trip

It was my first stay at a hard Rock Cafe in my whole life and it was really cool. The Burger was delicious and the staff was so kind. I loved it.

Just like other hardrock cafe. Waiters speak good english (and little french for some of them). Did not need to book for 3 person. Good burger as usual and as our group reached the 10000 yen bill, we recieved a free hardrockcafe glass.

I love Hard Rock Cafe and this one is no different the the rest, great food, amazing staff and perfect atmosphere.Legendary Burger is better here then the one I have had in all other HRC I have been to (15) so far. Take the time and stop in, this place is worth it!

I Love Hard Rock cafe, they have Great atention, food taste is Great, this time we went for celebrate my birthday 🎊so they gift to you a beautiful picture and free cake, also all of them sing for you a Happy birthday, really a cozy place.

Service was very good. Very friendly and attentive. Had the typical Hard Rock menu. The video feeds on the wall from other Hard Rock’s around the work were fun.

Went for the Thanksgiving meal plate. No reservation needed, just show up during their campaign. The price was great, the meal was large. This is one of the better Tokyo options for Thanksgiving as it's the most user friendly. The turkey portion was significant. The gravy was really good, but the serving size wasn't sufficient. I needed to order more. I went with a few people and I ended up eating their leftovers as it was too much for them to eat. I will order this again, next year.

Cant see them from the street for the 1st time. Small but cozy place. Good n helpful staff for foreigner. Good food..my favorite is burger...its huuuge n satisfying
